Crane

This print was influenced by visits to Denton Wharf in Gravesend, where I used to go fishing with my dad. As one of the deepest parts of the Thames, it was the principle loading and unloading point for ships going to and from the Falkland Islands. I remember seeing bales of wool coming in and farm machinery, ready to go out.
